Very common. Thats why big corporations invest heavily into their HR departments and maintain huge legal staff.
People can and will sue regardless of reason for their termination.
Look no further than illegals suing because they were terminated. Greedy lawyers abound and deep pockets mentality juries are equally common.

Really? There are "thousands" of lawsuits?

"Dotard" sounds like a middle school word, and so I'm unsure what it means. But it sounds like it applies more to you than to POTUS. Yes, "thousands"... lol...good grief this country has an IQ crisis.

Yes, and I have a feeling a judge wouldn't award McCabe anything regardless lest he risk embarrassment should McCabe be prosecuted. Thus, Let McCabe waste his money and sue.

Good move by McCabe !!!

He'll need all the money he can get his hands on in order to pay prison gangs for protection once he arrives at his new residence.

Problem is…Trump didn't fire him

THe Inspector General made the recommendation and then FBi authorities went with their recommendation.

At this point…liberals are blaming Trump if they burn their cookies in an oven.

THis is just another frivolous lawsuit designed to keep litigation about Trump in the headlines…knowing that it won't go anywhere, but just hoping that it'll continue to use the MSM to generate negative press.

He's probably not even using his own money, he's using the money that the suckers donated to him.

They're all following the playbook .. 'not my fault, it's the fault of <insert name here>'.
The lefts dear leaders are all doing it, no reason why their [fan]base shouldn't follow. What a cult.

They threw 1.4B at Clinton, only to lose it all. Suckers are born every day. McCabe understands this, as does Comey. Apparently he (Comey) has already sold over a million books, which he will need to pay his lawyers.

The Trump plan is failing miserably, so now they are gearing up for plan B; throwing everyone else under a massive caravan of buses.

If only Clinton had won, they'd still be in power and the corruption would continue. We would have never been the wiser.

McCabe can avail himself of administrative processes to challenge his discharge. There are attorneys, particularly in DC, who specialize in Federal employment law.
