So anybody, either on radio or on television that runs an ad on their show has to disclose if they have any financial interest in said company? Does that mean anyone who has stock in GM has to disclose that before airing a GM commercial on their show? GM is just one, there are literally thousands of examples and many people won't even know if they have any stock in some things due to the diversity of their investments. I don't see ANY disclosures on ANY medium when commercials are aired from anyone.

Given that Cohen is the self-described "Fixer" and Hannity has been on Fox News helping to fix things, it may well turn out that Hannity is working for Cohen, rather than the other way around.

If someone is personally promoting a company (not just having sponsors like GM run ads during commercial breaks) the answer is yes, they should disclose "any financial interest in said company".

Woah. Read this elsewhere:

Stormy Daniels' Attorney Michael Avenetti hinted yesterday that the $1.6 million payout to a Playboy bunny arranged by Trump attorney Michael Cohen to keep quiet about an affair and an abortion may NOT have been for RNC Finance chairman Elliot Broidy, as widely reported in the press. He's hinting that Broidy may have been a fall guy for a much bigger target.

"So, Mika, you are familiar with the fact that a week ago, Judge (Kimba) Wood ordered Michael Cohen’s attorneys to disclose all of his clients for the last three years,” Avenatti said, “and there were three clients listed — three clients listed. Do you recall which three?” Brzezinski listed Trump, Fox News host Sean Hannity and Republican donor Elliott Broidy — but Avenatti said she was making the same mistake everyone else had.

“No, no, no,” he said. “Mr. Trump, the Trump organization and Sean Hannity. Mr. Broidy was not disclosed in open court as one of Michael Cohen’s clients.”

Then Joe Scarborough asked what that meant.

“I think at some point we are going to find out, if in fact, the client in connection with the ($1.6 million) settlement was, in fact, Mr. Broidy. I’m going to leave it at that.”

Given Cohen's assertion in open court about who his clients were, that leaves only Sean Hannity or Donald Trump as likely clients if it wasn't Broidy.

Interesting (and a clue?!?) is that the $1.6 million NDA Cohen set up used the same pseudonyms - David Dennison and Peggy Peterson - as the NDA Cohen set up for Trump and Stormy Daniels, according to the WSJ at the time.

Surely someone would have seen the Playboy Bunny in the company of one of the three at some time.
