WHAT? How is this okay.
Yeah. I haven't read through the entire thread yet, but I can't figure out why the dad got the guns to begin with.

And yet, modern sporting type rifles are responsible for a minuscule amount (relatively speaking of course) of deaths in mass shootings. 173 deaths in a dozen or more years? A drop in the bucket when compared to weapons such as fists and feet.

And this despite massive outrage from media and gun grabbing squawkers such as yourself. Why is that?

Nope, but there are enough and sadly we do not see them or cannot grab their guns because of the rights of other gun owners. When have we gotten the NRA who "represents gun owners" to agree about removing from mentally unstable people or those the subject of a protective order. I'll wait.

Liberal media my ass, the problem isn't just the person but the type of gun used.

I find this too. Look at those in this forum who own guns. Lots of issues, mostly authority based.

And they still haven't closed the truck rental loophole or demanded background checks on the rental of vans.

Are truck attacks common enough in America to happen?

So killing by AR is common enough?

Well you show that you have no clue what you are talking about.

Please, do inform us of what kills people the most out of guns yearly (pistols, shotguns, long rifles, or the AR).

We shall wait, and if you are honest...we shall see......

Deflection, my point was to trucks and not specific guns. You moved the goal posts and frankly I'm not surprised, you gun rights people typically do this.
