While many are a aware of that, the vast majority who watch Fox news believe he is a journalist. And when convenient he will say he is a journalist, or heavily imply it when asked. For example:

Where he admits he isn't a journalist, then tries to say he is a type of journalist. So while I agree with you, I think it needs to be clear that way too many think anyone on fox news is a journalist when talking about the news.
