So why did Hillary leave the Watergate committee? She was a pure, Democrat political operative that got caught. You can quote Snopes all you want. The reality is, her own party thought she was more of a risk than what she was worth. She was never a successful lawyer by any stretch.

She was a newbie law school graduate when she worked in Washington DC. Not some pure, Democratic political operative. The reality is, her boss wasn't satisfied with her job performance. That's the reality. And she was a successful lawyer, for years, in Little Rock.

She wasn't a politician when she moved, and neither was Bill. She married him before he began his political career. She was a successful attorney, and her income supported the family because his salary as Attorney General, nor as Governor, were adequate.

No, she was not a political operative during Watergate. She was a recent law school graduate, studying to take the bar, who got a job in DC. That didn't work out. Her boss at her job wasn't satisfied with her. She failed to pass the DC bar exam. She decided to join the man she loved in Arkansas, where she did pass the bar and began a law career. He was teaching at the university. They decided to get married. Neither she nor Bill were politicians when they got married. It was not one of political convenience. She had no way of knowing what Bill's political future would be. She had no way of knowing what her political future would be. It was ARKANSAS. Bill's political fortunes were not helped by marrying Hillary. Neither had money or families with political connections. She's hardly radical. As for your veiled comment about heterosexual marriages, shame on you.
