That was just unbelievable, for the president of the United States to have a meltdown like that on live tv. His rant was all over the place, and the look on the faces of he Fox and Friends host pretty much said it all. This was pretty disturbing to watch.
I loved the look on their faces. They were like somebody please stop this, NOW! Priceless!!!
I remember when those types were looked up to. I know I sure have, but that never stopped me from my blue collar career. It seems that within the past decade, there has been a war on intellectuals, science, and knowledge. I don't get it. College isn't for everyone, but I think it's fair to say we all reap the rewards of knowledge, science and progress.
Things have changed.
There are classes online now. At the very least, reading materials are easily accessible now.
There is no excuse for ignorance any more. You seem to carry yourself quite well.
Seems, thus far, Fox is only showing parts of the call in and skipping those parts where Trump contradicted his previous public remarks or comes off goofy.
I have never seen this show before (I have a job and also don’t like to pollute my brain) but the look on Kilmeade’s face was the quintessential “I want to have self-respect but I also want a job. What do I do here?”
I understand your frustration, hopefully he have energized people to get out and vote in November.
That really is the bottom line, we all need to not just sit on our hands and accept what is handed to us, we need to make informed, intelligent decisions and get involved in the process. If we let another election go as badly as the last one, then we deserve what we end up with.
We handed this past election to Donald Trump..........it can not happen again.
Just heard on the news, Rupert Murdock was watching and called in to tell them to get Trump off the air.
So that would be proof-positive that FOX News isn't an honest broker in the delivery of news if the chairman of the business proactively prevents an interview to continue presumably because it's politically harmful. Not much of a fig leaf to hide behind on this one...
I missed the whole thing until this evening. It’s hilarious! At the same time, it sheds light on how intellectually dishonest Trump’s fans are. (I’m speaking only of the intelligent ones.) There’s no way a thinking person could watch that and feel good about Donald Trump as POTUS.
God, even the Fox people were dismayed by his display! That moment when the woman closed her eyes for a few seconds... yeah, that was all of us.
