If Fox is like every other TV and publishing company in NYC, they sent a car service for Comey.
Suggesting that Comey is trying to weasel out of the interview is complete and total BS. Did Fox name the car service? I'll call the driver.
But a call to all the celebrity car services to locate the one FOX uses wouldn't take 20 minutes.
How many people are aware of the car service out side of the coastal bubble is debatable.
Probably not many is my guess. It is a nice distraction of no other importance considering the interview took place.
So aside from being late to the studio, how did the interview go, OP? The fact that you seem reluctant to talk about it in your own thread kind of gives me some indication...

Perhaps you should read my comments and respond to them to prevent looking weak.
I clearly expressed what I thought was important. If you have a dog in the fight unleash it.
Looks like Comey is as slippery as Lynch and had all his Boy Scout moves in play elevating everything to a higher cause than himself.
Still caught in a crime in his this interview. He remove classified information from the FBI and returned it when he found out it was classified. That's a crime.
The memos he took home and put in his safe? Yeah, that's a felony. And he admitted it on air.
A diary copied!!! One copy left at work/FBI. And still, according to Comey it was a private diary.
So Comey must have been completely bored at work to have time to waste to write in advance to get Clinton of the hook and to write memo’s like diary’s at work time but they are private memo’s of four pages!
Scary to know that this guy was the director of the FBI!
Who did Comey’s background check as he was certainly not qualified for the job.
It was a pretty good interview although Bair was rushed because of Comey's delay. He answered every question and was pretty consistent with his book and other interviews. Bair does a very good interview and he is fair.
I think we have a new conspiracy, Comey's delay in rush hour traffic in Manhattan was contrived.
Some will still not believe his answers on Lynch, Steele and the memos he disclosed and I understand that but he was still consistent.

He stated that he knew where the investigation on Clinton was heading and didn't see any reason short of her lying would steer the investigation anywhere other than exoneration. Any investigator worth their weight understands where the investigation is heading, not to prejudge but pretty good idea.
That was the goal of the Messiah Comey, to school everyone on his values.
Weak, weak spin...how sad.
Every time Baier tried to put words in Comey's mouth, Comey patiently and politely corrected Baier's attempts to twist the interview. IAnd Baier never contested Comey calling him on the attempts, but simply moved on to the next misquote, only to be corrected again and again.
Baier got hung out to dry - he was totally out of his depth during the interview.
