One thing to remember is that many Amer. high schools are often underfunded. As such, they might lack the proper safety protocols. Also, sometimes a school shooting can happen even if the school staff did all they could to try to prevent it. Now, it's a bigger issue if they were warned of a possible shooting but didn't really act on trying to stop that warning.

No backpedaling. As I've already posted, Broward officials KNEW in 2015 that their Promise Program made their schools more dangerous.

The School District, and their policies, the FBI, and the local police ALL blew it. This kid should have not been allowed to legally obtain a firearm. The system broke down due to affirmative negligence of the above parties, yet nobody has been fired nor held accountable in any way.

Speculation... is what I assume this tabloid is posting.

"If true" means that you aren't sure if you believe it, or you are aware that it is just speculation.
Given that I don't assume you are partisan, I can only take your lack of confidence as a sign of what my confidence in the content of the article should be.

I only watch Fox News, and I only do it for the laughs (since they are so psychotic and idiotic).
MLNBC depressed me, with always complaining and being nice to moderate conservatives anyway.
CNN bored me, with always trying to pretend like all sides are equal.
Fox News is basically the other Comedy Central.

I didn't actually read this tabloid's article, I was hoping that if there was a parkland student with good evidence the name of the student and nature of the evidence would be detailed by the O.P. or a poster at some point soon. Given the stuff about ad revenue and website marketing schemes, and all.
Sounds like you just didn't read the article and the information that the kid dug up and what he said in his own words. You can either keep backpedaling and digging that hole or go the simple honest route and say "oops, saw Beck's name, didn't read it and made assumptions." its not that hard.
