the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.
If no one is charged with a crime what is Trump supposed to be a wittiness for or against ? Mueller should invite Trump to tea and cookies.
You have to be charged and go to court for that...
Trump will not stand for that if he has any choice
He would be the 1st POTUS to be charged for treason (at the worst) and various lower charges
In a court--not just impeached...

This we know: Trump does not give up, cave in , tell the truth, admit a loss, admit a lie, give up power willingly, does not acknowledge he's not the smartest tack on the board, he uses bullying even at depositions (said by attorney who tried cases against him).
We also know: A large group of Republican representatives & senators are in Trump's pocket, either for gain or out of fear. This is an historical first.
We also know: The S.Ct. has more Republicans Justices than Democratic/Independent ones, incl. one appointed by Trump.
We also know: Trump's lawyers are bullies, like he is, but are not the best lawyers for this type of case.
We know about Mueller: He's incredibly smart, ethical, experienced, runs his team with a firm hand, and has a dream team of brilliant specialists in white collar crime, mobsters, money laundering, and intelligence affairs assembled.
Note: Mueller has a limited amount of money...the well does have a bottom. It's the govt, after all...and he needs approval from someone else for extra money. Trump is cheap, known not to pay bills. He's probably angry about his legal bills, which are no doubt enormous. He has ways to get more money for the bills, tho.

Plead the 5th. The left felt that was acceptable when Lerner did it.
In fact any question they asked me would either be a I don't recall answer or I plead the 5th.
I feel the same way about answering questions by the police.

I would challenge the subpoena as being served from a person that has no authority to do so. There is no provision in the U.S. Constitution for his position and no law exists for his position of authority. I would tell him to 'go pound sand'.
