The Righties have been trying to tell them it had nothing to do with Russian Collusion. They just never listen to the facts.

considering that mueller applied for 70 BLANK subpoenas, its no wonder the judge excoriated him.

What's interesting here is that two judges are questioning Mueller's authority. Judge Ellis is quite skeptical, and demanding Mueller prove he has the authority.

I don't know how this will turn out, but this just got interesting.

Both judges are obliged to question Mueller's authority because Manafort's attorneys moved to suppress evidence based on a claim of overstepped authority.
