So, since everyone else is making bold predictions, I predict that the Mueller's entire team will be found guilty of obstruction of justice, but Trump will pardon them. Later on, Trump will be added to Mount Rushmore, and a huge (Yuuuuge, I say) monument in his honor will be erected in DC.

YMMV

That is quite the prediction, that's really why you started this thread so you could come up with some nutburger prediction.

By the way I think Mueller has already come up with some wrong doings (indictments?)

Irene - sorry but I didn't start this thread. And ALL of the predictions are "nutburgers". Most folks can't even predict the past, let alone the future.

A sitting POTUS cannot be indicted.

Everyone else is small potatoes.

There can be a presentment of charges, however, even if he is not impeached, which means the indictments will be waiting for him as soon as he turns over the keys to the Oval Office.

"Other" -- OP did not offer my prediction as a choice.

Democrats win the house in Nov 18 and impeach Trump in 2019. The Senate never votes to convict because Trump resigns in 2019.

Mueller will present:

a. A solid case for obstruction of justice. Bonus: Devin Nunes gets indicted for obstruction of justice.

b. Damning evidence that the Trump campaign colluded and conspired with Russia, based on classified evidence that Mueller has but has not been publicly disclosed. And some of this evidence will come independently from European intelligence agencies, completely demolishing the "deep state" narrative.

c. Evidence of quid pro quo with Russia, that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to lift the 2014 sanctions in exchange for election interference.

d. Mueller will name Don Jr. and Kushner in indictments and name Trump as an unindicted conspirator, all at the same time. This will prevent Trump from issuing pardons.

e. After Trump resigns he will face RICO charges, including money laundering, at the state level in New York.

Impressive. Great reading and it could happen if Trump does not resign allowing Pence to pardon him. The e answer is really a different idea and one which could also happen even if pardoned.

Got to wonder what they were talking about and whether Mueller knows.

I think this will drag on for several more years, regardless of what Mueller reports.

Republicans won't impeach and Democrats would be fools to.

It is doubtful they will have enough Democrats in the Senate to pull of an impeachment, so why waste time in the House passing articles of impeachment?

After the election, if the Democrats regain the majority in the House, they will launch 21 committee investigations into all sorts of criminal/unethical behavior and spent the next two years "Benghazing" the GOP.
Senate = pulling off a conviction and removal from office.

The full House passing at least one article of impeachment = being impeached.

Clinton was impeached, he just wasn't convicted and removed from office.

Exactly.

Not saying Democrats in the House won't go for impeachment, just that it would be a waste time to do this only for it die in the Senate.

Better to spend that time investigating all the corruption and unethical behavior.

Nail the entire GOP, not just Trump.
