Why do liberals hate on our rural states that are high in natural resources and critical to the national economy?

Too much favoritism is shown to office drone jobs in finance and technology. We should salute the efficiency and production of the great states of North Dakota and Alaska, but they never get any coverage!

Wyoming is also #7

Coverage for what? Favoritism in what way? Do you want a slow clap if you’re from Alaska?

Why do cons hate on states that produce things created in the human mind, rather than things dug up from, or grown in, the ground?

1. Massachusetts
2. New York
3. Connecticut
8. California

BTW, your Alaska was #1 in 2015. Its economy has shrunk since then and is now at #4.

I cannot ever recall seeing any news reports out of Alaska and its thriving economy. They would only go there for some sensational earthquake.

There is volatility. The point is Alaska is consistently a high performer and ignored.

Once again, according to your own link, Alaska's economy peaked in 2014 and has shrunk by 12.94% since then. Some boom!

Why settle for volatility that can shrink an economy by over 12% in just 4 years, when you can have a steady economy like California which hasn't shrunk at all over the same time period?

I'm not bragging about the Missouri economy. YOU, on the other hand ARE bragging about an economy that's shrunk by more than 12% over the past 4 years.
