Does who even exist? Yes there are people legitimately seeking asylum and there are others who aren't. People whose asylum petition is denied should be deported, I don't think anyone disagrees with that, why even bring it up?

A family of illegal aliens that are not asylum seekers. How does the law handle them? Not your opinion, what actually happens to them? You were formerly in law enforcement, what does the law say and how does it get enforced?
