Exactly, and we have actually seen evidence of the starvation and brutality the Holocast victims endured but not so with the border situation.

It makes no sense, unless you are in the clinton/obama hate club, to reward bad behavior. If you don't like the punishment, don't do the crime.

That's stupid and you know it. They have virtually shut down the ports of entry to force the people to enter at other places.

That's okay -- there are millions that have jumped on the Laura Bush train. That's how it happens.

But they won't have money to donate because they already donated it all to the children.

I know, I cannot believe the government is forcing these people to cross the border illegally. The things they do will never cease to amaze me!

Unless you are 118 years old or so, I would assume the same way anybody who has read or studied US history. Being American doesn't automatically mean you know more about your history than someone else. In other words, how do you know?

I've met non-Canadians who know more about Canada than I do.

Isn't education wonderful?

What do your irrelevant links about people being turned away have to do with the fact that there are not enough resources to accomodate them? No one disputed that people are being told to wait. Trump told the caravan publicly months ago to turn back.

You mindlessly call names but you did not answer the question put to you. Are you saying there are plenty of available beds going empty that could be assigned to these people? If we accepted all those people, where exactly do they go? Where do they sleep? What do they eat? Who will tend to their medical needs? Who will provide housing security? How will their cases get processed expeditiously when judges are already overwhelmed?

Quit showing us how many are at the border waiting to get in until you show us that there are plenty of resources available to handle them.

Here it doesn't go. Random crimes are not important. Several hundred people were sexually assaulted in all kinds of circumstances today, and it will happen again tomorrow.

The key is to stop the invasion of our southern border. That's the bigger issue. We can also be thankful for the crimes that were not committed today by those being detained. Because that would have happened also, as we know and see and read and hold trials for.

WE HAVE A BORDER ISSUE. Our border has been porous for years, maybe even decades. We have to know who is coming into our country and why! Why do so many people want into the US, rather than stopping in Mexico? Whatever their reasons, they need to abide by OUR LAWS when trying to enter OUR COUNTRY. If they don't abide by our laws, all sorts of unpleasant things might happen to them - they might suffocate in a cattle car, they might never be able to find a decent job, they might get arrested, and hey, guess what - the children they drag along with them might be separated from the parents (temporarily). Guess what - when you circumnavigate the law, all sorts of unpleasant things can happen to you.
