Snopes is now 50% owned by an ad agency (Proper Media) and they make money by generating millions of views on the 3rd-party advertisements on their website. It simply makes sense for them to seek out articles that are viral to “debunk”, so that they can piggy-back on that traffic and generate more advertising revenue.
Snopes was founded by a husband and wife team who are now in the middle of a contentious divorce in which founder David Mikkelsen has been accused of embezzling $98,000 of company money to spend on “himself and prostitutes”.
Snopes now has a hired team of suspect fact checkers who collaborate to debunk falsehoods that are trending on the internet.
These fact checkers reportedly have no editorial oversight and do not follow standard journalistic procedures such as interviewing the authors of articles they are trying to debunk to get all sides of the story.
Snopes doesn’t have a formal screening process for hiring fact checkers and for evaluating applicants for any potential conflicts of interest. Without such standards, it is very easy for them to be infiltrated by those who work with the industry and who have a hidden agend

Actually, at least one of the Lib-Prog women-abuser's accuser has stated that when she first discussed the abuse with other Lib-Progs, they advised her not to bring allegations against him because he was too valuable to the political Left and women's right to chose.

So, you are wrong.
To borrow a line from one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes...

Well, that didn't work.

Sick, absolutely sick.

You on the left SHOULD all feel ashamed right now. But of course, shame will elude you once again.....
Ya'll took up for, promoted, and voted for a child molester.

Is it your opinion that Eric Schneiderman should remain in office then?

Schneiderman's successor is selected by the NY State legislator, not the Governor.

Only if the NY Republican Senate agrees to this process, which they won't unless the can get a consensus candidate.

They would have needed a time machine to go back in time and send an email a couple of years ago documenting the abuse as well as having two separate ENT specialists create retroactive files on the physical damage.

It was particularly devious of him to pay at least two progressive feminist activists to go on record with great detail, especially the WOC who accused the AG of calling her his brown slave.

But you’re probably right.

I heard mention that the NY State Senate is now Dem by one vote. Heck, if Preet Bharara was about to investigate the Gov they might like him.
