It seems you are very concerned with people paying tax. You do know the state of New York placed over 3 dozen liens on Trump properties for failing to pay tax.
Avenatti owes the FEDERAL tax that was withheld from employees' paychecks. He's $5 million in arrears. Why doesn't he just pay it?

Why hasn't Trump done so on so many occassions? Federal or state is no difference. And what about Trump's nine years of federal tax being under audit? IRS can only go back three years unless fraud is detected.
Also, Trump is a public official which demands more transparency.
Admit it. You will not criticize Trump over the same thing you are criticizing Avenatti.
I posted the twitter photo of Avenatti's $5 million debt (currently in arrears) to the Fed Gov for taxes withheld from employees' paychecks that he failed to remit. Please do the same for Trump, which you somehow allege he owes.
So I did a search for Avenatti and back taxes. Guess what?
It's all ZeroHedge, RW blogs, and one Business Insider article reporting numerous lawsuits filed against the chain's parent company which Avenatti says he no longer owns.
Actor Patrick Dempsey also was a part owner in the past, but apparently he is no longer involved.
No mention of a IRS lien against Avenatti.
Now eventually, we may find out he actually owes the government money, at which point he could put the business into bankruptcy.
Many businessmen do this you know.
But until there is a more reputable source than ZeroHedge and copy and pasted RW tweets, I'm withholding judgement.

I do not have a photo. If you want to go that route pay the 10 bucks and get any public court filing you wish. What is easily abundant is googling "Trump tax liens" and finding a plethora of articles which is easily as valid as a photo.
Here is one where he owed 30 million for over six years. Makes Avenatti's seem small.

Wrong. It's the Seattle Times and a tax attorney.
Quote:
"Since his investment firm bought bankrupt Tully’s Coffee for $9.15 million at auction five years ago, Avenatti’s company has been named in more than 50 state and federal legal complaints, including commercial lawsuits, breach of lease actions and warrants for unpaid taxes, court records show."
I know. He trashes Avenatti for things Trump has done many times over. Maybe that is his point. Maybe he thinks Avenatti is not a legit businessman unless he has at least 5 bankruptcies and 10 tax liens.
And Trump has filed six bankruptcies. I guess you think Trump should be locked up. Certainly not POTUS.
Is Trump currently in bankruptcy? No. Does Trump currently owe the Fed Gov $5 million in employees' withholding taxes he failed to remit? No. Etc. Trump isn't the problem. Avenatti is. He's a walking train wreck. In all honesty, READ the Seattle Times article. INFORM yourself, don't just be a stooge:
