I was only wondering because Syria and Iran are allies and so far neither have attacked Israeli territory. The opposite is true though.
Also I don't see Hezbollah or the Houthis as terrorist but I do see a lot of the Sunni extremist groups as terrorists (including the ones in Syria).

You have no idea who attacked whom. For all you know, Iran never fired a single shot at anyone. You weren’t there, and why should anyone take Israel’s word for it?
