Exactly. And the half of the country that do not support Trump will cheer with wild abandon at the erasure of Trump's legacy. They will cheer at the removal of every single thing Trump touched and it will deserve to be destroyed.
Here's something else: The most unifying characteristic for anything Trump-related, seems to be how much it angers liberals. Trump supporters would applaud literally anything if they thought it would anger liberals. This too will come back to haunt them when liberals do the same thing to Trump supporters. Every single thing that Trump supporters are doing, they can expect to be repeated in the other direction in the future, so they may as well buckle in for the ride. This will continue with both sides until this country mercifully splits. The two sides hate either too much for us to remain as a single country long term.
It is a vicious cycle that gets nothing accomplished.

Because Republicans are going to be in power for ever and ever and ever? Sure, okay. The Trump worship is laughably deep. Yes, Democrats will win sooner or later and undo Trump's legacy the same way. And yes, when Democrats are in power, they will lord it over Trump supporters the same way. Democrats now have the right to basically support anything that angers Trump supporters, because Trump supporters have been doing exactly that.

I also think moderate Independents make up the majority of the country, and the more realistic scenario is a viable third party being established versus a full-on split of the country into two.
