Seriously...How did the saying "I'd like to wring your neck" get equated to suggesting someone should literally be choked or, as other posters here have concluded: Murdered.
Somehow the colloquialism is now literal and much worse than snide remarks about a person's opinion not mattering since they were dying.
LOL. Seems like it with the faux outrage about a phrase most people know is not meant to be a threat.
It's not like there aren't enough real things to get upset about when it comes to politics, but as long as we remain focused on the trivial things that don't impact our lives, we're going to continue being screwed by both parties.

What the hell is going on? Well let's start with the WH 'aide' (whose job is what exactly?) making the ugliest and most disgraceful comments about a senator who has served his country in the military, in a war, in the Senate for his life, who is currently afflicted with brain cancer.
"Who cares what he he thinks because he is is dying?" is a comment most decent companies would fire an employee for. HuckaSanders (in fittingly striped prison garb) dishonestly gives the Sadler bimbo cover.
Next, let's move on to Trump and all of the physical threats he has made and encouraged at his 'rallies,' even offering to pay legal fees for those arrested for perpetrating violence upon others. I believe he encouraged some to be "carried out on stretchers."
And you are 'perplexed' as to why the media (and most of the country) would want to smack down this clueless, rude, uncivil, indecent bimbo WH aide?
Is this a joke thread or do you truly not understand the rules of decency in society? Deplorable does not even begin to describe the actions of someone who would say this. As for it coming out of the mouth of a WH staffer (again--what is her job exactly?), it just makes it even more appalling.
Nicole Wallace (a conservative btw) has more class in her little finger than the Sadler woman has in her entire bimbo body. If Nicole said it--I'm all for it.
And, again, who was it that said he could gun down people on Fifth Avenue and his fanboys would still adore him? Here's a hint--it was not the media.
