Deripaska told the FBI that Manafort wasn't colluding with the Russians, and it appears that Senator Warner blocked Deripaska from testifying to the House Intel Committee.
This could be a a very big new development.

Warner was in contact in the lawyer that represented Oleg Deripaska. The lawyer told Warner that Oleg Deripaska was contacted by the House Intel Committee. The lawyer wanted to talk to Warner before he got back to the House Intel Committee.
Oleg Deripaska never gave and congressional testimony, I wonder if Warner had anything to do with that.
