The payment is a in-kind payment. And the bar is not nearly as high as you think. Plus see todays dept of ethics referral letter to Rod Rosenstein about it.

since we are talking about campaign finance disclosures here, then any payments made to daniels, or anyone else for that matter, are not subject to campaign finance laws, and thus do not have to be disclosed.
Unless the purpose was to influence the campaign. Something Trumps own attorney has said was the purpose.

this isnt an impeachable offense anyway since it has nothing to do with the campaign. the timing of this payment sucks, but never the less its not campaign related, and thus it is a non issue.
It is in fact impeachable. You do not in any comprehend what high crimes and misdemeanors means obviously. Go look up the definition. I will provide a hint-it does NOT require a actual crime to occur.

Now I kind of agree with you that it should not get Trump removed from office over this. But just like with Clinton I DO believe it deserves a impeachment.

Let the investigation go where it needs to go. As for the uninformed ramblings of Trump supporters, just ignore. They say a lot of surreal things that likely stem from the alternate facts and realities they have grown to celebrate.

Well we could have have just moral outrage at Trump's one night stand with a porn star while his relatively young and very pretty wife was home with their newborn son. And then he paid her decently for that one night stand....lol

Instead we are focused on how much our President lies.

It's all about the lies remember. HE LIED.

All I can say is "I did not have sex with that woman"... Didn't care then, don't care now as it's not germane to the office.

"I did not have sex with that woman..."

Key thing here-Trump was not under oath. If he DID bang her and paid her to keep quiet about it...sleazy, but where is the crime involved? The only thing I see is that if Stormy did speak up about it, she potentially broke a contract-at worst a civil matter.

Clinton DID lie when under oath. While on trial for sexual assault (or harassment, don't recall the specific law).

LOl -- yeah -- as long as there is no crime -- so who cares if the President lies all the time -- as long as he plays for my team.

He signed the 2017 financial disclosures under the penalty of perjury. JUst as Clinton testified under the penalty of perjury.

That point is a bit too nuanced for this Trump supporter.

You keep saying this but you never list "all his lies". Where we can easily list the hundreds and hundreds of lies that Trump has said. And exactly what is Trump getting done except screwing the middle class and poor.
