According to filings with the FEC, the Clinton campaign has been transferring donations funds to ZFS Holdings LLC since May of 2017 for the purpose of rent.
The rent payments to ZFS were sent to the same address as Rorrie Gregorio, who is Clinton’s personal financial manager.
Brad Smith, a former FEC chairman, said the transfer has a certain fishiness to it.
He added, using campaign funds for personal use is a violation of federal campaign law which can result in prosecution and jail time.
Hmmm...so they've been upfront with the transfers (filed with the FEC) and for rent payments.

If Clinton is using these funds personally, hopefully it will be investigated, found out, and she can be properly arrested.

You realize from your article that Clinton has not tried to "hide" this apparent "funneling" reported by right-wing One America News.
At the very end of the article was an 'update', stating:
"Following publication, Merrill said: "During the campaign the office was a campaign office. After the campaign, the office served as a personal office, a campaign wind-down office, and an office for Onward Together, so rent is split up accordingly."
The article does not explain whom 'Merrill' is, but I assume a spokesperson for Clinton or her campaign organization.
We have been involved in several local elections. Sometimes we loan the campaign money, hoping enough will be raised to pay us back. The money is used for rent, utilities and the like. We have paid ourselves back once. Sounds like this is what was done.
At least we went not charging the federal government office rent on the building we owned.
If she is guilty, lock her up. I think I will wait for something a little more concrete than a five sentence "article" before I start getting out the pitchforks.
Republicans have 'cried wolf' so many times where the Clinton's are concerned that even if finally there is a true accusation against Hillary, only right-wing partisans will bother to click the link.
