I read it just fine. He went to a school where tons of kids had guns. I would never put my son in such a situation, where kids are walking around with weapons for killing. I value my kid's life.
No, no you did not....they were talking about the 60's, 70's, and 80's....
The number of AR15 weapons in circulation was a tiny fraction of what it is today.
What does that have to do with anything ? It isn't like they are walking around waiting to get picked up. One still has to buy one or steal one, just like 30 years ago.
Strangely...America has become more and more and more and more progressive in the last 20 years as well.
How ironic.
Moral decay, decadence, kicked God out of schools and public arenas, no "genders", liberal policies and on and on. People wonder why 90 percent of children are bat**** crazy.
Which God? Specify (I'll bet I know, but I'll wait for your reply).
Nobody is barred from teaching their kids religion. It isn't the school's fault, it's the parents. YOU teach your kids, YOU. If you can't lay a decent foundation for your own kids, then that's on you, NOT the schools, NOT the "media" YOU.
Stop blaming everybody else for your own failings with your own kids.

I did NOT say they were walking around school with guns drawn. You love drama.
What doesn't make sense about it? This first school shooting in America was reported in 1840, do you not think firearms have improved since then? The University of Texas shooter in 1966 used a bolt-action Remington rifle, sure the AR-15 might have been invented a couple years before he decided to climb that tower and shoot people, but it was still very new, very expensive, and not as widely owned.
And that is why the M1 Garand which was made in 1932 is still one of the most desirable rifles amongst gun owners.
I think this is the number one factor in these shootings.
And I think it’s the promise of notoriety. Kids have always been ill-equipped to deal with issues, though the problem is probably worse now. But without the copycat factor and people wanting to outdo the last guy and be remembered for all eternity, this would not be happening so much. I firmly believe that.
This is what happens when you take God out of school and gut Christianity from society. Teen sucide rate has doubled too. They have no hope in life. Couple that with being relentlessly bullied and you create a toxic stew of anger.
So, the parents have NOTHING to do with raising their own kids? You're seriously putting this out there as a reason? Nobody is barred from practicing their religion, nor are they barred from teaching their own kids their beliefs.
Stop playing the victim game and lay a proper foundation for your own kids.
Here's the add for it when it became open to the public in the early 60s. 1963 if I remember correctly. Back before the 1968 gun control act when you could mail order a firearm from a catalog without going to a dealer for a back ground check.
So since 1963 the AR15 has been accessible to the public.
55 years.
Other than appearance, nothing has changed since with that rifle.
What fits in a new AR, will fit in/on that old SP1...
That said, what's more deadlier?
A rifle which other than appearance, functionally remains the exact same as back when it first hit the market.
Or
Society.
Correct me if I'm wrong, parents disciplined kids back then.
Allowed them to fail back then.
Allowed them to clean their bullies clocks back then.
Instilled morals and values back then.
There wasn't social media to compete in who the biggest and best edge lord is.
There weren't psychotropic meds and violent videogames to replace parenting.
There wasn't a namby pamby 0 tollerance policy that creates victims and punishes those defending themselves from bullies.
So having said that, what has changed?
Gun control became more progressive. Used to be able to mail order an AR15 without a back ground check.
ARs have only changed in appearance...
I guess the pursuit of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness took a back seat to the 2nd. Amendment to those 10 people today.
Guns over lives.
