From my own personal observation. Everything that Disney purchases is usually a mass media company that can relay their liberal propaganda messages through their channels. Disney has been on a buying spree of TV channels, broadcasting, and film companies . Their goal is to secure all aspects of mass media to infect young and old mines alike with their marxist BS. Over the years, they have purchased The History Channel, A&E, and Starwars . Once obtained, they begin to push their marxist/communist/liberal BS indirectly to the consumers. It is time to push back against this company and oppose any purchase of FOX . That is the remaining main stream competition that actually has differential views!!!!!
Last I heard Fox News would be spun off along with a few other assets. 21st Century Fox as in the entertainment wing is already liberal anyways. Shouldn't make much difference, but I don't like the monopoly though.
I think you are misunderstanding what 21st Century Fox is. Its the Fox movie making company. They are dumping it as there are less screens to show those movies. It will all be digital in the near future.

Well, I dont really expect changes immediately with Fox News, but I have been following Disney for a while. They have been obtaining a lot of entertainment/media companies . Once obtained, these channels really do change and become very different than how they were founded. 21st century fox is a foot in the door for them to excel towards the other sectors.....

Disney's goal is the YOUTH . If you can control and feed propaganda to the youth. They are your future base. Look at Star Wars back before and look at Star wars now.... there ya go
