Seattle its time for a name change. "Sea The Addled", maybe ?

Is the State of Washington going to protect property owners from lawsuits?


Because a landlord who rents to someone having a history of violent assaults or other actions that result in damages to another tenant, the landlord is civilly liable for damages.

That is disgusting. Seattle is ran by commies and socialists. Its an interesting city, but headed in the wrong direction, like San Francisco. These people hate normalcy and good behavior, and they prove it with their proposals and decisions.

It's very sad to see such unAmerican ideas propagated by elected representatives.
