Trump and friends are all a bunch of crooks. They all should go to jail. Trump no doubt will pardon the bunch. we all know a pardon means Guilty though.
According to the Constitution and the oath of office, the President is to "faithfully execute" the laws. This is a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the American people.
Pardoning co-conspirators would hardly be an example of faithfully executing the laws or fufilling one's fiduciary responsibilities as POTUS.
However, I believe Bush I got away with pardoning several convicted in the Iran-Contra deal, and there was good reason to believe he was involved as well.
Funny how Leftists think their side should be allowed to get away with criminal acts. They support the two-tier justice system. But if they ever got arrested and charged, most would find out they were on the wrong tier.
