One of the reasons Lance Wallnau gives for his support of Putin is his anti-gay laws and support for a state church in Russia. This is something I've always suspected to be the case but now they are saying it out in the open. Evangelicals and conservatives in the US began to love Russia when they enacted their anti-gay law, claiming that Putin is more favorable in the eyes of God than Obama. Even further, this lends credence to my belief that the entire reason Trump is President is a reaction against and backlash against legal same-sex marriage. I will never forget the outrage from the right after the Obergefell decision in 2015.

He then goes onto say that he fears American liberals more than Putin and Russia. Thoughts? Are liberals more of a danger than Russia?

Maybe this guy should go live in Russia and then see how much he will like Putin instead of Liberals.

Well, it depends, doesn’t it?

Some people would prefer a national government that enforces their own morality, whatever the effects it has on people with a different view.

Certainly. American leftists are carrying out a very agressive and very public "Active measures" campaign against our country, beside which the Russians Active measures" program pales in comparison.

American leftists hate this country, as their behavior routinely demonstrates.

Also, they are a more effective enemy to our nation than the Russians ever have been. Our country is more at risk from the inside than the outside, and the American left is the primary source of that risk.

Actually it's the other way around.
Christians hating Gays is epitome of hypocrisy considering Jesus is about loving all.

I've long supported equal rights and opportunity for gays. I think more of Putin than Obama because Putin was right on Syria and Snowden.

That is just a lie. You would be hard pressed to find a church anywhere in this country, aside from Westboro Baptist Church, that would not gladly welcome these people into their church, as long as they wanted to come to seek God, and not to be disruptive.

Just because that is how you think, it does not follow that your political adversaries mirror your hateful, bad attitudes.
