Typical Clapper. Claims dossier is turning out to be true, but offers to proof or examples. Watching the left blindly suck up CIA propaganda & defend an unaccountable, secret police force really illustrates just how far from liberal they are these days.
What they did with the dossier is an old spycraft trick. Makes dozens of outlandish claims, but seed them with one or two benign things that are already common knowledge & then point to those things as proof.

I almost vomited when the author mentioned Carter Page as justification.
Carter Page was working undercover for the FBI (maybe he still is?), on a case against Russian corruption for three years. His testimony for the FBI led to convictions of two Russians only 30 days before joining the Trump team. Every single accusation against Page happened while he was working FOR the FBI AGAINST the Russians. If there was any concern about him being a Russian spy, why wasn't it addressed in the three years he was undercover for the FBI? This isn't a conspiracy theory. This has all been reported by the NYT, Reuters and other MSM (i.e. Trump hating) outlets. There are multiple court documents showing this as well.
I suspect, Page's next assignment after wrapping up that case, was to embed himself in the Trump campaign as the vehicle to launch politically motivated spying against Trump. Remember, Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS (Clinton proxy) testified under oath that the FBI had someone embedded on the inside of the Trump campaign. Of course it's also possible the FBI simply viewed Page joining the Trump team as the opportunity they needed and he was no longer actively working for the FBI at the time? Either way, no one with an ounce of common sense believes the FBI employed Page for three years, used him as their star witness & then less than 30 days later believed he was a spy, so dangerous that he was worthy of spying on a presidential campaign.
The author of this nonsense, then points to Adam Schiff saying he saw no spying as PROOF it didn't occur. ADAM SCHIFF!!!!!
Then the author further & intentionally tells half the story about Papadopolous in order to frame their anti-Trump narrative. Papadopolous did indeed tell the Clinton agent/mega-donor ($25 million in donations to Clinton)/Aussie ambassador Downer that Russia had Hillary's emails, but we know factually this was not the start of the investigation because A) it was a 4th hand account & B) it was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. No court in the world would grant a surveillance warrant based on those sketchy details, much less a FISA court in order to spy on a presidential campaign.
Plus, we know how Papadopolous heard about the Hillary emails. From yet another one of their spies, Joseph Mifsrud, who also contacted Papa out of the blue. Mifsrud contacted Papa out of the blue asking for a meeting, where he told Papa Russia had Hillary's emails. Then Downer, the Clinton agent, contacted Papa out of the blue for a meeting as well, where after some drinks, he asked him what he knew about the missing emails? Papa told him his understanding was the Russians had them (because that what the other Clinton/FBI spy had told him), which allowed Clinton agent Downer to run to the FBI with the planted info, in order to launch a FISA application against Papa. Filthy.
I quit reading that much obvious disinformation.
