A Little Caesars employee in Florida took matters into his own hands Saturday night when he shot and killed a scissors-wielding attacker who was wearing a clown mask, police said.
Police responded to the pizza shop in Holly Hill around 11:50 p.m. after receiving 911 calls about shots fired at the location. When they arrived, they found the alleged attacker laying in the parking lot with a clown mask and scissors on the ground. The suspect was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
That employee is alive, but will lose his job for doing that. All companies, like this one, have very strict rules about their employees being armed while on the premises.
With this sue happy society, that is the reason they do not want to take the risk.

If he didn't have a concealed weapons permit, he might be in trouble with the law. In Florida, you can carry a gun on your property without a permit, and in your vehicle if you store it a specific way, without a permit. You are supposed to have a concealed weapons permit if you aren't in one of those 2 places. Law enforcement types are exempt from this rule.
Hopefully the pizza place employee had a concealed weapons permit. Would make things a lot easier for him.
However... " Would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6." This saying could have applied to this employee if he didn't have a gun.
