He has already filed the paperwork for 2020 and right now he is just burning through left over millions from campaign funds from 2016, that never got spent after kicking Hillary's ass.
What President Trump is doing is bypassing the fake media, naysayers and haters(which are all the same) to go directly to the American people to communicate with them. He did it before he won, he still does it. It drives the haters mad.
