If so then why has he not defended the constitution which is his oath?

Also, he really has not grounds to cite the cost of the investigation since by his own words he is letting it go on.

Nor can he honestly cite it as a major distraction.

This is all propaganda so that when it looks like he is caught completely he can pardon everyone, including himself, and fire Mueller and try to convince his base to buy it.

Can also be used as a excuse to claim a actual deep state revolution was attempted. For a good example of this take a look at Turkey.

Because his actions have violated his oath of office.

Yes and now it is under another republican, Rosenstein. A Trump appointee confirmed by the Senate on a 94-6 vote.

You got some proof of that other than a bunch of Salon, HuffPo and Mother Jones articles?

If Trump has truly violated his oath of office, let's all band together to demand his impeachment and removal. If it's just a bunch of garbage like we've been seeing, you won't get much support. Even the Democrats in Congress know there isn't anything there. Otherwise, they would be bringing in Republicans to kick his ass out of office. And there is no real shortage of Republicans who don't liek Trump.

Really? Then why did he call for the same thing for HRC?

Trump is a liar.

ETA: Yes, if he really believes this, he’s not holding up his oath.
