Of course. You can have a pay first policy at a restaurant as long as it applies to everyone or parties of 5 or more.

Who decided on 5?

Will you (or the omnipotent entity that came up with that number) subsidize the cost of me monitoring and properly conforming to this edict?

The demand for "space" is fine as long as it doesn't come at the end of the gun barrel.

Just like with everything in life do as you wish...just leave everyone else out of it.

Just like "no shoes no shirt no service". If a business makes that policy its up to them to properly enforce it. The government does not have to be part of that. Does not cost a thing. And no new bureaucracy needed.

I get to decide on the number then?

Isn't that discriminatory against large parties?

It's difficult to believe the discourse we're having here in this thread and it's 2018.

Looks like in retrospect, here in the US, it's 2 steps forward and 5 steps backwards, continuously...

I fear that our ignorant history is revisiting us. Perhaps it's back to Jim Crow or Nuremburg...

Wonder if Trump has anything to do with this social recession...

It is sad that slavery is still promoted in 2018. Agreed.

No it's not necessary. That's something you made up. It's about protecting the rights of the individual. When government violates those rights, that's when things go south. As long as you agree with those "certain situations" then everythings peachy right? How are you any different than Jim Crow? Because you agree with governments "moral" decision THIS TIME so the law is okay?

Not practice fraud you mean. Fraud is against the law.

lol You made this up.

It's not about solving problems. It's about how one goes about solving those problems.
