If any group, based solely on their skin color, has a right to demand a "space", then all groups based solely on their skin color can demand the same thing. It's a simple idea that many activists don't understand, what with everyone being special and all.
The demand for "space" is fine as long as it doesn't come at the end of the gun barrel.
Just like with everything in life do as you wish...just leave everyone else out of it.
Will you (or the omnipotent entity that came up with that number) subsidize the cost of me monitoring and properly conforming to this edict?
Just like "no shoes no shirt no service". If a business makes that policy its up to them to properly enforce it. The government does not have to be part of that. Does not cost a thing. And no new bureaucracy needed.

You just said I have to do it for parties of 5 or more though.
There is nothing wrong with government telling businesses to act a certain way in certain situations. In fact that is necessary for civilization to exist.
No it's not necessary. That's something you made up. It's about protecting the rights of the individual. When government violates those rights, that's when things go south. As long as you agree with those "certain situations" then everythings peachy right? How are you any different than Jim Crow? Because you agree with governments "moral" decision THIS TIME so the law is okay?

lol You made this up.
It's not about solving problems. It's about how one goes about solving those problems.
