Sure, but people are being forced to take sides or hide what they think. Right now, in the bluest county of the blue state of NY, if I told my boss I supported Donald Trump I would be fired. Not right away, but within a week or two my work hours would start tapering off and in a month or two I'd be out of a job. I like working here, but unless you want the libs on your case you have to shut up.

I consider myself a left leaning moderate. On this board that makes me a flaming liberal though. A whole lot more would get done in this country if more compromise was met. More moderates would be a great thing IMO...so yes, I think too many people on both sides are too willing to just toe the party line.
