Actually, this is still going on today. For example, Sweden reports ALL incidences claiming rape as rape. The US doesn't - until and unless a conviction is obtained.

I listened to the clip, and it is not as bad as the headline implicates. Within the context of what he was saying and the totality of his words, he didn't mean it in the way it is being implied.

So despite Bill's obvious hypocrisy and skeletons, he should not be vilified for that comment.
The guy authored a book (supposedly co-authored by Clinton) and the poor dufus has spent countless interviews sitting like a wart on a toad, silent while interviewer after interviewer smacks down Bill Clinton because he is no longer useful to liberals politically, and while Bill turns red faced silently wishing for a time when the world was a friendlier place to people with the last name of Clinton.
Bill and James P have the same deer-in-the-headlights look that James C and Hilary had during THEIR book tours.
