What other crimes could we use it for? Maybe tax evaders, people who disrespect the president, or subverters of the State should also have their children taken away and put in a federal government cage.

This is an idotic thread. Having children does not mean that you are exempt from our nation's laws. Perhaps you belong in a banana republic somewhere, because, try as you might (and you are trying), you are not going to change this country into one.
