Many carrying weapons are not the good guys. Real life can be very ugly.
But you’re happy that this particular shooting resulted in no innocent deaths and the animal that was trying to kill innocent people and was stopped before he could kill, right? I mean, right??
I don't think so. I honestly think that left-wing nutjobs would rather have innocent Americans be murdered by violent thugs than to have said thug assume room temperature at the hands of a law abiding citizen. They care more about their agenda than the lives of innocent Americans. Now had they been criminal aliens, all bets are off.
Locally a man entered another man's house and doused it with gasoline. The man and his daughter were home and they retrieved a firearm and shot the intruder, forcing him out of the house. I'll have to see what prompted the incident but the house wasn't burned down at least.

Some of them are minorities that associates with MS-13 and black hoodrats, some of them are people that their academic career disconnected them from the real life.

Those of us who legally carry are well aware that there are people out there who carry a firearm for the express purpose of forcing others to do their will. We prefer not to be sheep invited to dinner at the wolf den.

As long as we're projecting, imagining, and conjuring an interlocutor's inner thoughts and motives, why not feel free to go ahead and conclude that Mr. Leave is actually upset that more weren't killed here. A death toll of 20 or 30 would have had Mr. Leave spraying his shorts, to use his own expression.

Depending on where you are it's a good guess "most" carrying aren't good guys. You know, the guys that don't follow the rules the rest of us are forced to abide by. In real life around these animals you can't type mean/bizarre words and keep from getting ventilated if they want your car or wallet. That is "real life".
Would you feel that way if someone shot and killed a person you cared about for crimes that did not carry the death penalty as an option? This man's crimes would not have resulted in the death penalty and he was sentenced and executed by a civilian with no police affiliation.
I am doubting you would be okay with this happening to someone you knew.
He endangered the lives of innocent civilians. He therefore forfeit any right to live.
