It's legal here in WA, but the war on pot goes on. The taxes were set so
high that there is still a black market out there. Actually there is arguably
more incentive now for gov't to do these busts, since now it represents a threat to their pot tax revenue stream. And what the heck--now they could in theory sell the seized pot to licensed dealers instead of having to pay to dispose of it, making even more $$$ for the state.
