So in other words you, who claim to be some kind of libertarian, trust the government enough to empower it to decide who should and should not be allowed to have a child

Sex Ed for me started in the fifth grade. It was mortifying because my mom taught it (she volunteered part-time as the school nurse), but it didn't cover anything we hadn't already talked about ad nauseum at home.

So what percentage of children put in foster care are a direct result of teenage pregnancy?
All I find are studies indicating teens in foster care are twice as likely to get pregnant.

Its up to the women. Sorry, just the way it is.

Lets say 50 out of a 100 women are too stupid to figure out how to find a good man. Lets say we want to fix it on the male side of the equation. Lets say we get a 98% success rate. Guess what will happen? 2 men will knock up 50 stupid women and the number of the daddlyless ? = 50.

Fix the stupid women to say 80% not stupid and the number of the daddlyless = 20.

Too bad there is so much stupid around that people don't understand this.

One charming idiot can knock up the whole block in a week.

Hardly answers the question. We still have one or two or three, maybe even four stupid men who have created a child they have no intention of caring for. That is if two or three or maybe even four men have "knocked up" the same woman, multiple baby daddies. My guess is the numbers are about the same for the number of men who have knocked up multiple women, multiple baby mommies.

Either way for every wanted or unwanted child out there, there is a mother and a father. Its is pretty rare that one man has 25 baby mommas. You must be thinking about cultures where polygyny or having concubines or harems are common.
