Cohen will flip for sure. Every time we see him now, he looks like a deer in the headlights. When the enormity of what he is facing hits him, he will be singing like a lark, and I bet he has some real stories to tell.

Manafort is appealing his convictions, he either isnt going to flip soon, or its possible that Mueller isnt offering him that possibility. It depends on what he could provide, and Manafort might not be able to deliver anything.
Cohen though-I think he is going to flip. 48 hours from now the FBI gets their look at his encrypted messages. He might delay that some via court tactics, but if I had to guess he knows that once they see those he may lose any of his leverage for a deal. Tick tock.
If Cohen is going to flip-its probably going to be within the next 48 hours. And thats when things start to really go nuts in my opinion.

Cohen has already decided to cooperate and is working out the deal now. He ihired a new attorney, one with a working relationship with the SDNY. His previous legal team, the ones paid for by Trump campaign, departed a week or two ago.
