Of course Saudi Arabia still has unrestricted travel with all their radical Madrassas, boy does this make sense.

The supreme court ruling is right, Trump is allowed to do stupid things after all he is the president.
I believe Chad was removed from the latest ban list. A Chadanian official must have said something nice about Trump.

Your ashamed that we would want to protect ourselves from people coming from violent areas of the world that practice one one of the most religiously conservative religions in the world?

LOL... so true.

As a Muslim ban, it's a lousy travel ban because it doesn't exclude all Muslim nations.
As a terrorist ban, it's a lousy travel ban because it doesn't exclude all terrorist-spawning nations.

The travel ban list makes no sense. But that's par for the course given the sheer incompetency of the White House.

Then why was everyone against it? I mean if it did nothing, the left sure was in an uproar, evidently and according to you and goodnight, it does nothing....are you admitting that you were complaining all the whole knowing the ban was useless?

Oh, and goodie, has no clue what countries are on the list....Chad? hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Not surprising, considering you failed to comprehend it.

Liberals would fight tooth and nail to prevent the government from prosecuting employers who employ illegals (just like they did with the travel ban and every other anti-immigration legislation), sorry for the breaking news.

Common sense just isn’t so common.

Amen.

Great to see a court not overstep its boundaries.

"Liberals" could do NOTHING about the administration prosecuting a business hiring illegals. The "Liberals" made this same lame argument concerning Obama refusing to hold the bankers accountable like he promised.

It goes to prove my position that there really is very little difference in a (R) or (D). Both are hypocritical to the max and hold very little as actual principles.

The fact that it's a 5/4 decision on "party" lines shows that court liberals no longer care about fine points like the Constitution, and separation of powers.
ROBERTS, C. J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KENNEDY, THOMAS, ALITO, and GORSUCH, JJ., joined. KENNEDY, J., and THOMAS, J., filed concurring opinions. BREYER, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which KAGAN, J., joined. SOTOMAYOR, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which GINSBURG, J., joined.
