The literature "did not call on anyone to hate homosexuals, or advocate violence, or claim that all homosexuals are pedophiles," notes The Federalist.

Please tell me why we should read something from a USA propaganda pop-up website when there are several authentic Canadian news outlets that have published the truth?

"The Daily Wire is an American conservative news and opinion website founded in 2015 by political commentator Ben Shapiro."

Exactly what these LATEST pamphlets said I am unable to find, but it must have reached the tipping point for him to be charged...again.

If his history is anything to go by, he has in the past stated homosexuals were pedophiles, back in 2013.

“It delegitimizes homosexuals by referring to them as filthy or dirty sex addicts and by comparing them to pedophiles, a traditionally reviled group in society,” wrote Rothstein."

It took 2 years because the police had to liaison with the prosecution. These charges are not taken lightly and everyone makes sure all their ducks are in a row.

All websites are opinion sites. "authentic" news outlets always report with their own bias. Even ones in Canada.

And the info came from The Federalist.

And there was no hate.

That's really funny. Two years to read his pamphlets and decide if it was a hate crime?

Maybe they should focus on real crime rather than trying to control speech.

The court will decide if his latest action is hate speech or not. Not you, or I.

Unless you have a copy of that pamphlet and we can discuss what it actually said?

No, 2 years to liaison with the prosecution. The man kept moving jurisdictions, from Ontario, to BC, and then to Alberta.

There is a legal definition for a hate crime or promoting hatred. That is the thing about laws, they are written down and defined by Parliament not someone who is on the web just guessing.
