Funny, I read the Wall Street Journal every day, and I see a lot more of the donors against the tariffs than I do for them.

Agree on the jobs though, I don't see a long line of Americans lining up for roofing jobs this summer.

Really? So you have been all over the country noticing that Americans aren't applying for roofing and other construction jobs? Are you not aware that for years now that illegal aliens have flooded the construction industry, reduced wages and Americans have been denied those jobs unless they are willing to work for half price and must speak Spanish? Who do you think were doing those jobs for a fair wage before the above happened?

The GOP donors like the cheap labor... It will be bipartisan disapproval unless he created a special visa for some illegal immigrants labor...

Trump doesn't think, he just acts out so it's really difficult to use him as any sort of example for anything.

(off topic and I will not pursue this here)
Like the driver in Charlottesville who ran over all those antifa thugs. They won't know that you'll fight back unless you fight back, right?

So, let him do the same here.

Those same donors donate (D) when it's advantageous for them to do so. It was well documented that a large share of the money Obama got came from Goldman Sachs.

If you say so.

Who will the employer hire in lieu of an illegal? Let us know when your ready to encourage your child to become a busboy, roofer, maid
Don't be ridiculous! Verifying that a potential employee has the right to work in this country does not make them immigration officers. We have always had a large American blue-collared workforce in this country. Americans have always done every job you mentioned for a fair wage until millions of cheap, illegal aliens flooded our border. Your anti-American attitude disturbs me.

You had your chance to counter the arguments, and you chose to deflect instead. Have a nice day Mr big government.
