ALL gun laws are infringements.

Why not? Those places are where a large percentage of the population of those states live. The Atlanta metro is home to 60% of Georgia's population.

I’ll give the nod to Chapel Hill and Asheville to a degree. But the only REAL cities in the South are New Orleans and Miami to a much lesser degree.
New Orleans is a dump outside of the Garden District and by Tulane.

Miami is in no way, shape, or form the South.

Both, again, examples of property rights violations via theft.

Property rights don't exist in nature like the laws of physics do. They're a man-made fiction intended to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship. Try to own property in the middle of the Congo.

And like all man-made fictions - what is given can be taken away.

Property rights certainly exist in nature. Try taking something away from a one-year old baby. Try going up to a wolf and see if you can steal his fresh kill.

The only man-made fiction is the State.

If that land was unclaimed, inhabitable and used for residence or production it could be homesteaded.

Since property rights are inherent they cannot be taken away.

Lol I have taken stuff away from my newborn all the time. Is this the best you got? Is this the intellectual tour de force that will cause us to quake in our boots debating you?

I'm not sure what a wolf fighting over his meal has to do with property rights. Unless of course, in your world = property rights means whoever strongest wins.

From the article
Quote:
The report notes that Debra Rivera had twice attempted to get a judge to order Brazier to surrender his weapons because of alleged abuse. The requests were rejected both times.
There is no mention in the article of any conviction or even an arrest for abuse.

So if a judge finds you guilty and you are being locked up you are just going to yell "fake news" to get out of it?
