i have been out when we had a record high of 118 degrees, two degrees short of shutting down the airport here, they did in fact shut down the airport in phoenix because the temp was 122 degrees.

man will survive, we always have, because we are the most adaptable species on the planet.
I don't know how you do it.

I've gotten heat stroke twice in 80s weather. Once when I was in a swimming pool at age 10, the other when having a stroll to a grocery store a few years ago at age 25.

Whereas I'm fine in 20 degree weather without a jacket once I'm walking a little.

Humans will have to evolve into creatures more similar to desert lizards to survive the upcoming changes. Or start living underground on a mass scale.

According to the new hire at the NYT, we subhuman whites should live underground anyway since we are so sun sensitive so there's that.

Those who are fat and sedentary, will be hit the hardest by heatwaves. The cost of maintaining air-conditioning can't be sustained by all individuals or by societies either, if it gets bad enough. I've never lived in a house or driven a car, that had air-conditioning.
I'm 5'10 and 128 lbs and I cannot tolerate heat well at all.

That said, I can't sweat and my basal body temp averages 100.1, so RIP me.

“An inconvenient falsehood” Thanks Algore. Probably turned millions of kids off to this idea by making idiotic claims.

Damn. I though the rising acidity of the ocean would get me first.

Solution? More taxes going to government! More wealth redistribution! More statism! More Globalism! Open Borders! More carbon credits!
