You can pay only for the things you use. Most libertarians, even ancaps, have no problem with user fees.
Which is really a useless argument. Taxes are nothing more than a user fee. Those like yourself will argue the same when someone wants to institute a fee. They will argue a fee is just another word for a tax.

So, once again, your wife comes home and says she was raped by a man whose address she knows. You report it to the police, they go to that address and the man says he's done nothing wrong. Would you be happy to end it there and say the man has the right to be left alone?
I'm only subject to natural law. The Constitution is a man-made document enforcing man-made laws.
