If Continental nail can go under in less than 30 days due to tariffs on Mexico then they were already doomed.

I wish I had a penny for every time posters on here insinuated that the recession was Obama's fault, even though it started during the Bush administration.

Actually because they are so racist, they are likely to keep blaming Obama

You just keep on believing that. I'm sure it will serve your ilk just fine, in your minds.

P.S. Al Capone was the equivalent of a billionaire also. Great guy, right?

Joe Blow would be right. Just because Americans elected the idiot Trump to be President of the United States doesn't mean Trump understands trade policy: it means Americans are either stupid or gullible or both. And just because Trump is a billionaire doesn't mean he understands economics. He filed bankruptcy numerous times, after all.

1--Trump only says he is a billionaire--he has never produced ANY legitimate proof of his real wealth

2--Americans at large didn't elect Trump--
Fewer than 80K voters in 3 states carried the election. The Electoral College declared enough electoral votes for Trump to win the election--which is suspect event because of the Russian interference, possible hacking of on-site voting machines never checked for inserted virus, Comey's interference in news against HRC, and yes--HRC's own flawed campaign...but there are many factors outside HRC's decisions that tainted this election...

3--Don't write "Americans" like every American believes in Trump---
I know plenty of people (even in a GOP/red state) who hate him and his policies

4--Trump never filed PERSONAL bankruptcy--he only forced it on his companies because doing so allowed him to skate w/more money when the companies failed...

And he is still a millionaire and President and unemployment is still at a record low and the economy is improving.
I'm going to go with he understands more about business and trade than some Joe Blow reading biased non substantial projections on the internet. You all just keep shouting the sky is falling.

If the tariffs fail, Drumpf will cancel them and take credit for saving the American economy.
