What a wealthy city to be able to afford 976 million dollars in mainly hotel welfare payouts.

Seems like it is turning into a welfare contagion where they are going on an emotionally driven spending spree.

I wonder if Eric Garcetti has went on a welfare giveaway bonanza of epic proportions to get some future donations so he can waste money on what would be used inevitably fail in a presidential primary.

Odd, that the mayor is going on big welfare spending sprees with big tax increases or forgone tax revenue when the median household income in the city is only $51,000
