The cop who ignored the woman was put on desk duty.
the woman filming this is part of the problem.......she records a video in a middle of a conversation that we don't know how it got started and she publishes on UTUBE to push a narrative and make national news.
the old man didn't break any laws....what do you want the cop to do? arrest him for what? the woman was going back and forth with him, is not like she is an innocent bystander here.
Nevertheless, the native language here was not English. Doesn't matter that we're called the United States now. The people who were on this land first did not speak English. Many do not today. That's why the U.S. is called a melting pot.
100% of public schools and universities in the United States use English as the primary language of instruction.
Therefore, practically everybody who grows up in the United States speaks English fluently, regardless of what their national or cultural background is.
The official language in the U.S. is ENGLISH. Our laws and Constitution are in English. Our traffic signs are in English. Our government operates in English. Speaking other languages is cool, I speak 3 but the official language in the U.S. is English and should stay that way.
Is that anything like how he made Kim Jong Un legit, because that's he really wanted anyway was to be made legit. And guess who gave it to him.
Kim Jong is a leader of a nuclear country, not a domestic movement with racial bias......you don't make a dictator "legit" by talking to him to avoid war. We have done that all the time to avoid wars.

We still legally have no official language.
