Of course they will complain when someone stands up to their UNFAIR trade practices, and lack of contribution to their own self defense. I'd be concerned Trump wasn't doing his job if they WEREN'T complaining. There is nothing wrong with holding allies, as well as enemies accountable, and engaging in open negotiations on behalf of your country's best interest.

Lets see. The USA is spending over 4.2% of their GDP on defense. Most of the countries are not meeting their obligations towards NATO. Trump has warned them over and over again. Maybe he can have a red line like Obama that means nothing. So Trump is finally holding these countries accountable. I have ZERO problem with this!

Yep, they have been using us as a piggy bank for decades and now they are realizing they will lose the free piggy bank and have to contribute something and they are throwing a cry baby fit. We should be doing this. We should also be trying to develop a better relationship with Russia for the peace and stability of the US and the world at large.
