My point should have been obvious: humans are not “non aggressive.” How do libertopians plan on preventing aggression? By asking people nicely?

Many corporations already work in the nuclear industry from mining to nuclear reactors. I wouldn’t put it past them if some of them are working on splitting atoms. There are propulsion systems designed around atomic bombs for space travel. Under the proper regulations and oversight, corporations and individuals should be able to research, test, and build fissionable material. The final frontier will have vast uses for nuclear weapons, for peaceful and not so peaceful purposes.

They think that just by everybody magically understanding the non aggression principle it will be utopia. Libertarians have a terrible grasp of history.

You don't prevent aggression, you only defend against it when someone initiates force against you.

The only way to prevent aggression is to oppress or exterminate every human being who does not share your world view. This is how the current world works including the US, the only thing stopping anyone from achieving that is the fear of a strong defense against such oppression and extermination.
